If you receive your order and it doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 10 days from receipt of delivery to return the product(s) in exchange for a full refund (excluding shipping)*, subject to our terms and conditions listed below.
Just email contact@mrlapel.co.uk to let us know your concerns and we will refund you as soon as we receive the item(s) back.
Please note, the item(s) must be returned intact and in a good condition. We also advise you provide us with proof of the return.
The money will be refunded within 1 to 10 business days after we are in receipt of the item(s). We will notify you by email when the refund has been issued.
*Any refunds will exclude the Postage or Packaging. If the shipping cost was more than the Postage and Packaging fee, said amount may be deducted from your refund.
We know Christmas can be a logistical nightmare for shoppers, so we’re offering you some extra time to send back any unwanted item(s). Orders placed between 1st December and 1st January must be returned to us by 1st February.
For orders placed after 1st January our usual returns policy applies.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order or any item purchased online from Mr Lapel, for a full refund.
If you have not yet received your order, please email contact@mrlapel.co.uk as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before the order is dispatched.
All order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order reference number.
We accept several different types of payments, including VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club, Discover and Google Pay. We also accept payments via Klarna.

Yes. If you do not have a bank account, and want to pay by cash, please contact us on contact@mrlapel.co.uk. We will be happy to talk you through alternative payment options like MoneyGram, which allows you to send the payment to us using cash at the Post Office or other shops.

If you have a discount code, please enter it at the checkout, just before you pay.
You cannot use a discount code in conjunction with another discount code.
